Jack (husband and brother), Becky (sister and sister-in-law), and Lisa Marie (wife and sister-in-law) have the

Jack is a devoted family man and the proud father of his new baby girl, Sage. Jack spends his free
time involved with church activities, fundraisers, and golfing badly (invite him to play and he'll
prove it). Jack started in real estate over 10 years ago helping his clients buy and sell homes,
working veteran turn-overs, and consulting on investment properties. He also invests in real estate
for the Rowell Family, in and out of California, so he understands all aspects of a real estate
transaction – just what you want in your broker. Jack works hard to make sure his clients' experience
is stress-free.

Becky, Jack's sister, joined the team by way of SDSU, a degree in Anthropology and 8 years of
social work. Her interest in community culture makes her aware and sensitive to the needs of
her clients. She enjoys helping people and loves to see how happy her clients are when they
find the right home. Becky is passionate about historic and Kit homes in San Diego and spends
most of her free time finding and authenticating them (if you know someone who has a kit home,
she would love to talk to you!). Becky loves her work, and she loves the people she works
with – her family.

Lisa Marie is the proud new Mother of the active and gregarious baby girl, Sage. She’s also a
veteran Mortgage Consultant, dedicated to keeping up with market movement and the latest industry
developments. Having worked in many facets of the real estate/lending business, she has an experienced
understanding of the whole home buying and refinance process. During an interview, she was asked what
she could not live without - she responded by saying, “Well… besides God, my family and friends I would
not want to live without laughter, the opportunity to connect with people, and music. And I should also
mention that a collection of hot shoes can’t hurt!”
